Position Description:

Securities Lending involves lending out securities to finance Firm activities and borrowing securities to cover short positions. Securities Lending is a complicated numbers oriented business that requires a compelling interest in financial markets and banking. Candidates must possess financial acumen in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills. A fast-paced and intense environment requires an aptitude for analyzing and interpreting often complex information in a timely manner.

Duties include:
# Lending hard-to-borrow securities to obtain the greatest return for the Firm.
# Lending general collateral securities to finance the Firm activities
# Borrowing securities to meet Firm obligations.

Skills Required:
