We are an established electronic/proprietary trading firm in Chicago’s financial district. Our firm is seeking talented individuals to join our Chicago-based options trading operation at the CME. Our goal is to establish a robust presence in options by developing trading methodologies that will blend tested analytics with capable traders. We are seeking individuals who can improve our options strategies through the use of technology in a team-oriented environment.

Our management philosophy encourages creativity and independent thinking while balancing teamwork and cooperation. Members of our team are provided cutting-edge technology for competing in this challenging trading environment. Compensation includes a competitive salary and a bonus range. Semi-annual bonus calculations are based upon the team’s performance, overall firm performance and individual performance.

Job Summary:

We seek dedicated options traders with a recent track-record trading one or more of the following products: SCME Eurodollars, CME 5 yr/10 yr/30 yr Treasury Notes, Currency. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year trading experience at an exchange. This position requires candidates to have a strong understanding of options and excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will possess a versatile skill set for pit and electronic trading environments.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of Options experience

· Must have current floor trading experience

· Strong mathematical aptitude

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with solid GPA

· Possess the ability to learn new concepts quickly

· Is honest, trustworthy and values integrity

· Values teamwork but can still think independently

· Ability to communicate effectively under pressure

· Computer programming abilities is a plus
