Trade Processor / Trader Support

Responsibilities:
# Monitor and resolve all unsettled trades
# Research all client inquires pertaining to their account
# Process security purchases and sell transactions

Requirements:
# College Degree or equivalent experience (finance or business management degree preferred)
# Excellent Excel skills
# Trade experience a HUGE plus
# Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
# Data Entry must be accurate
# Strong work ethic a positive attitude and the desire to work as part of a team
