Global Asset Management company New York Midtown branch office seeks Administrative Assistant to support trader

Confirmation of trades

・Daily, Monthly reconciliation

・Confirming residual cash position

・In-house system information maintenance

・Maintenance of Broker account / Custodian account

・Monitoring and maintaining futures/options accounts

・Corporate Action

・TBA Settlement

・Options and Future management

・Investment Guideline Check

・Preparation of reports to regulatory organization such as 13(f) filing with SEC

・Performance Measurement

Requirements Must have strong Excel PC Skills!!!

New college graduate with finance related degree is welcome.

1-2 years of back office administration experience with financial institution is a BIG PLUS.
