Description Company, a leading global investment management firm located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a talented Portfolio Administrator/Trader who has experience using Advent MOXY trade order management software.

Company is committed to providing superior asset management solutions to sophisticated investors. They are an SEC registered investment advisor that manages over $20 billion for institutional and high net worth clients around the world. They are looking for an individual to assist in the management of its high net worth client portfolios. This person will be responsible for trading and rebalancing of portfolios as well as general support of the firm’s investment operations.

Job responsibilities:

• Trade/rebalance client portfolios
• Communicate with clients verbally and in writing
• Reconcile client account activity
• Assist with quarterly reporting process
• Support senior investment staff as needed
Requirements • Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Access, Word)
• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
• Experience with Advent MOXY required.

Compensation for this position will be in the form of a base salary + bonus, 401k with a company match, health insurance, and dental insurance.
