Description

We are looking for Several High Yield Traders in Jersey City!

Role Requirements:

* Maintain overall trading strategy of the desk.
* Meet or exceed annual revenue goals established by senior management.
* Working knowledge of all relevant on-line trading systems.
* Member of the Fixed Income Best Execution Committee.
* Member of the Fixed Income Risk Management Committee.
* Possess good Teamwork and Interpersonal skills.
* The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task independently in a high pressure environment.

Requirements

Regulatory:

* Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. Possess an understanding of those policies and procedures that govern the area.
* Able to uphold and practice the highest code of ethical standard and Best Execution conduct.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor s degree, with at least 4+ years of relevant experience is desirable.

Other Requirements:

Demonstrate technical competence and PC skills: Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
