Description Head Execution Trader needed to run NYdesk and oversee Brussels and HK Trader and manage desks engaged in day to day trading activities.
Requirements
Real Estate Securities experience a plus; Long/short some derivatives (company has their own hedge fund; Options trader oversight; Growing business lines, lead desk and manage process flow working with PM's, accounting, compliance etc; Main goal to get the best price for the firms trades. Spearhead ideas, a person in the know with a make it happen, collaborative personality. Systems used: Charles river and PAM operationally. Reports to CIO of the firm of which has a great track record and has been in business for many years. A good stable organization that will explode once the markets open up.
