The Role - Interest Rate Derivative Sales or Trader Wanted -- New York

No Business Analyst or Project Managers - it's a client focus role (see above)
Looking for a qualified Interest Rate derivative professional to join our growing market specialist group in New York. Applicants should possess a deep body of knowledge and experience in the Interest Rate derivative Markets. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, comfortable in a demanding and client-driven environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level analytical expertise to clients, our sales force, and product developers.
- Directly impacting sales by on-site meetings with clients and prospects where you can present unique solutions
- Influencing the direction of our product by providing feedback to our business managers on user demand, market practices and product enhancements
- Furthering the knowledge of our sales force through intensive internal training and seminars
- Educate clients by presenting at local and regional seminars, professional market events and industry conferences.
- Discussing plain vanilla, as well as, exotic structures with buy and sell-side clients
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Interest Rate derivative Markets
-Substantial experience in Interest Rate derivatives, including exotic and volatility structures
-Experience in sales is desirable
-Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
-Exemplary presentation, training and communication skills
-Willing to travel extensively
