* Responsible for assisting financial advisors and money managers with their order entry and status.
* Process manual and electronically delivered trades.
* Assist in resolving trade and settlement issues by working with the market centers and exchanges.
* Coordinate money manager trades and communications.
* Handle inbound trading calls.
* Knowledge of trading related regulatory systems and requirements.
* Knowledge of equity and option markets.
* High school or equivalent diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
* 3 years trading desk experience.
* NASD Series 7 & 65 licenses required; NASD Series 4 & 55 licenses preferred.
* PC literate.
* Ability to type and take incoming phone calls.
* Externally - financial advisors.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
* Needs to be able to work productively in both a small and large group setting.
