Phibro LLC, a Westport, Connecticut based proprietary trader and hedge fund manager, is seeking an oil trader specializing it the US domestic crude markets. The individual will have his own trading book and P&L subject to risk limits. The individual will also work closely with Phibro's other oil traders and senior management. The individual should have at least 3 years experience trading in the US domestic crude markets. Compensation will be based on performance.
Requirements
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the US Crude Oil or Natural Resources markets.
* Thorough understanding of US Crude Oil markets.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience operating effectively ina highly matrix environment.
* Undergraduate degree in Finance or related.
