Abengoa Bioenergy Trading US, located in Chesterfield, MO, is seeking an experienced Commodity Trader.

The position will be responsible for the strategic decisions related to the physical and financial commodity risks, and will evaluate commodity risks, develop models and statistical analysis, recommend hedging strategies and instruments needed to mitigate the risks and execute the approved strategies, analyze market structures, develop viable strategies and create new margin opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree agribusiness economics

- Minimun of two years of physical or financial trading and possess a strong understanding of the commodity markets

- Knowledgeable of traded futures and options

- Negotiation skills

- Quantitative skills and understanding of statistical methods and techniques

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Must have good interpersonal skills

- Proficiency of Microsoft Office
