Trader Trainer and Coach
for it's Austin, TX office.
We have a highly dynamic workplace where projects change as often as the market.
We are in need of people that are highly skilled and have the ability to change mid-stream.
Description
Kershner Trading Group is looking for someone to coach and lead a diverse group of traders with various levels of experience. The primary responsibilities identified for this leader are the creation, deployment, and maintenance of a successful and scalable training and development system for new traders.
This role will also be responsible for teaching and developing the skills and habits for successful trading, including but not limited to: risk/reward assessment, journaling, strategy development, goal setting, idea sharing, efficiency, and use of the software.
The newbie pod coach will be responsible for the performance of his pod and measured by the success of his/her traders. This role will be expected to present metrics in regards to their pod’s performance and potential. It is expected that this person is able to adjust his/her programs with regard to the needs of his/her pod. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to think creatively in building additional programs as new needs are identified.
