In addition to electronic trading, experienced traders will be responsible for strategy development, project management and working with developers on applications and interfaces.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a number of qualities, including:

2-5 years of experience with prop trading, market making, or high frequency trading in equities and equity option markets
Knowledge of market microstructure and trading strategies
Ability to work independently
Understanding of how technology impacts trading results and P/L
Innovative ideas and approaches
Good communication and interpersonal skills
