Our client a leading brokerage is looking for an Interest Rate Swaps Sales Trader with deep relationships. This will be a new desk, so the candidate must be entrepreneurial and have the ability to build on and leverage their current relationships. The ideal candidate will be well connected and have a track record of revenue producing success, must be able to execute in a fast paced environment, and be able to hit the ground running on day one. We are looking for a minimum of 10 years experience and documented success. We are offering a very competitive compensation package.
