Description Classification: Full Time
A sell side execution shop is starting a Boston office and is looking for a top notch Equity Sales Trader to help build something special. This is a great opportunity for an Equity Sales Trader to come in cover what you want and how you want it while getting a high-percentage pay out. There are no execution or business expenses deducted or charged back to this individual. There are no corporate politics, just a small group of people with 10+ years of experience working hard and having fun. My client attracts flow through relationships, quality of execution, and competitive commission rates. This is more of an entrepreneurial opportunity for a person who has confidence in their existing relationships and sales ability to go after new accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 go-to' buy side accounts, 10+ years of Equity Sales Trading experience and the desire for this type of opportunity. The compensation can range anywhere from 150k - 450k.
