Our Company: Simplex Investments is a growing proprietary trading firm that leverages capital, trading intelligence, and superlative technological resources in a dynamic, results-driven atmosphere with a focus on innovation and learning.

The position: We live in an era in which trading has moved from traders in pits communicating with hand signals to severs in racks communicating with lines of code. Traders at Simplex must possess quantitative and analytical skills, thrive under pressure and think fast to execute trades using automated algorithms.

Junior traders will:
· Assist in trade execution using proprietary algorithms
· Research macroeconomic and company-specific news
· Evaluate portfolio risk profiles
· Adjust trading strategies based on market conditions
· Complete the junior trader training program
· Perform additional duties as requested
Requirements Job Requirements: The successful junior trader candidate will possess a number of qualities, including:

· A bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (please include GPA on resume)
· Demonstrated interest in financial markets and trading
· Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of computer literacy
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Compensation and Benefits: The junior trader position has a base salary of $30,000-$36,000 per year with the potential for a discretionary performance-based bonus. A variety of benefits are offered, including:
