Crude Oil Options Trader Job Description

We are conducting several searches for experienced, highly qualified Crude Oil Options Trader based in New York with 2-5 years of experience. Compensation to commensurate with experience and skill set.

Salary + Minimum Guaranteed first year Bonus + possible sign-on bonus commensurate with experience and qualifications. One to two year contracts. Company benefits. All relocation expenses paid.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ability to analyze market information, and market trends in order to generate profits through speculative trading Crude Oil Options.

• Ability to develop and implement trading strategies based upon market analysis.

• Ability to make sound Business judgments of risk vs. reward in the markets within which they operate.

• Develop counter-party and broker relationships.

• Ensure that all trading takes place in a controlled and compliant manner.

• Provide periodic presentations to senior management with regard to strategy and financial performance.
Requirements

Crude Oil Options Trader Job Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years proven Crude Oil Options Trading
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong knowledge of all aspects of Energy markets including supply, demand, spot market pricing, logistics, regulations, and operations.
* Proven ability to develop and successfully execute trading strategies based on market analysis.
* Proven track record of successful trading in a volatile and high pressure environment.
