Description

Job Function: Investments / Insurance

Shift: 1st - Daytime

Average Hours Per Week: 40

Develops, maintains, evaluates and maximizes relationships with market makers to ensure maximum profit for Broker/Dealer and best executions for customers. Creates bond ladders and provides research to representatives. Reviews all trades prior to placement to ensure compliance with Broker/Dealer policies. Services Direct Investments, Retail, and Institutional Investment Specialists. Handles a large volume of inbound calls. Maintains detailed records of all transactions to ensure that accurate accountings are made in compliance with established policies. Resolves any trade-related issues. Your Career is Here.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent- Two to three years of experience in the brokerage industry- Series 7, 63 and 55 licenses Preferred Skills/Experience - Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills- Thorough knowledge of brokerage products and services, securities, investment instruments, trading, as well as the brokerage’s philosophy and polices regarding these products and services- Basic knowledge of computer systems and procedures- Proven commitment to quality customer service- Strong time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service- Detail-oriented and ability to work independently- Bachelor's degree preferred
