Description
Tower is looking for self motivated individuals to join it's client, Cygnus Artrutus' team of traders. Exceptional communication skills will be mandatory as the primary responsibilities include market making, passing information to the team, and executing trades through open outcry in the option pits.

Requirements

Requirements:·Minimum 2 years experience as a market maker in Equity Index options products. Proven team-oriented attitude and interpersonal skills. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills · Significant experience working in a high-pressure surrounding. · Exemplary ability to adapt to and learn different trading styles and techniques. · Must be proficient in ARB hand signaling.

This qualified applicant will possess the ability to work well under pressure as they will be working in a fast-paced environment. There are bonus incentives (although noted as "Salary Only") based on performance - not set amount levels. Salary will ultimately be determined by candidate’s level of experience and final salary range could be higher than noted.
