Allianz SE recently established 5 regional investment centers
including: Milan, Minneapolis, Munich, Paris and Singapore. As the
North American regional investment center, our Minneapolis Allianz
Investment Management team manages the $77B portfolio. We trade over
a $1B a day and have built a dynamic hedging platform that is setting
the standard in the industry.

Equity Derivatives Trader:

As an Equity Derivatives Trader, you will be responsible for
derivative trading on a daily basis for hedging insurance liabilities.
The Trading Team is responsible for efficient trading of multiple
derivative structures on multiple indices daily. Your strong
understanding of capital markets is needed to support hedging
decisions. You will be involved in analyzing term sheets for
accuracy, improving our processes, and mitigating risks. In addition,
we will depend on you to evaluate volatility and other market data,
analyze trading data, and build relations in the financial community.
This position is also involved in developing the infrastructure
needed to trade new derivative instruments.

Requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or
equivalent

5+ years of investment-related experience in a financial
company

Trading experience in derivatives including exchange-traded
indexed options

Strong understanding of the capital markets

Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and investment data software
(Excel, Visual Basic, Access, Bloomberg, etc.)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Willing to learn and interested in fixed income derivatives
trading

CFA designation preferred
