Full-time, salaried position with a growing, results-driven proprietary trading firm. Performance-based bonus. Position leads to a trader role.

Junior traders will:
-Help execute trades using proprietary algorithms
-Research macroeconomic and company-specific news
-Evaluate portfolio risk profiles
-Adjust trading strategies based on market conditions
-Contribute to strategy development and refinement

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA is required. The successful junior trader candidate will also possess:
-Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
-Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-High level of computer literacy
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Demonstrated interest in financial markets and trading
