24-HR DESK TRADER (5115)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include capturing physical and financial arbitrage opportunities in the intra-day markets of the Eastern Interconnect. Develop hedging strategies to protect physical flow of power. Promote long term relationships with counterparties through active participation in marketplace. Actively share market information with forward trading group. Track and manage forward group???s real-time power flows between developed markets.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include BA, knowledge of flowgate and generator capability within MISO, IMO, NYISO, PJM and ISNE, strong mathematical skills, attention to details and time management, willing to work a shift schedule, and experience building E-Tags and purchasing transmission.
Salary:
$55-$70K
