Trader Job -> Great opportunity with a well established, stable company located in the Midwest, USA for a Real Time Trader. Client is looking for someone that has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field and has two or more years equivalent experience in a wholesale marketing related position. This position will be responsible to negotiate and complete hourly energy transactions that add value, to analyze and react to current market and competitive conditions. You will also analyze routine and complex transactions to ensure that all aspects of pricing, transmission, contractual terms and counter party credit are valid and consistent with Company guidelines. Proficiency in the development of applications for spreadsheet, Word document, and Internet applications is preferred. A strong preference will be given for electric energy trading and NERC tagging and OASIS requesting experience. Coverage of 7 day 24 hour operation is required. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
