Senior Manager, Active Trader Relationship Manager

E*TRADE FINANCIAL is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will oversee Active Trader Relationship Management (ATRM) and two mangers across the country. This person will be dedicated to growing the business unit and exceeding the expectations of our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager of ATRM, you are responsible for the overall production and operations of the team. As a licensed and knowledgeable manager, a complete understanding of the securities and banking industry is required. Duties include:

Responsible for developing a productive sales team through mentoring and coaching and driving the team to achieve their targets. Manage the daily activities of ATRMs; oversee lead control, sales production, sales activities, and customer satisfaction, as well as develop necessary reports and documentation to lead the team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management in hiring, training, and will be directly responsible for general administration, employee development, continually supporting and motivating the team, and will review sales practices on a daily basis. Also, they will collaborate with other areas of the organization to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

This person will interact with clients on an advanced level regarding sales activities, account information, procedures, systems, and our expanding range of financial services products. The Senior Manger is focused on overall branch performance, and is constantly looking for ways to improve sales and client satisfaction.

Manage risk and ensure all team members are protecting the interests of the firm while enhancing the customer experience.

Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of staff; actively works to promote and recognize performance and make improvements as necessary.

Deliver timely and accurate reporting to senior management.

Additional responsibilities include working with cross functional groups, including marketing and operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum Required Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

MUST HAVE: Series 7, 63 and 24; CLEAN U4.

5 years related experience with 3 years managing people.

Proven leadership and business acumen skills.

Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills.

Creative, flexible and innovative team player who can motivate a sales group.

Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
